Set up in about a minute
Three steps, then it runs on its own.
- 01
Connect your Google accounts
Add as many Google accounts as your plan allows: work, personal, a shared family calendar.
- 02
Create a sync rule
Pick a source calendar, a target calendar, and how much detail the copy should carry.
- 03
Done. It stays in sync
New, moved and cancelled events are mirrored within seconds via push notifications, with a safety-net check every few minutes.
Full details or just “Busy”. Your call, per rule.
Share what you want, hide what you don't.
Full details
Title, description, location and the guest list (as text) are copied. Ideal between your own calendars.
Busy only
An opaque, private block with no details. Colleagues see you're unavailable, and nothing else.
Two-way sync
Create two rules in opposite directions. Loop protection makes sure mirrors are never mirrored back.
Built to be trusted with your calendar
Encrypted tokens
Google access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and never leave our servers.
No event content stored
We keep only event ids and a fingerprint to detect changes. Titles and descriptions pass through, they are not kept.
No surprise invitations
Mirrors never carry attendees and have reminders turned off, so nobody gets an email and you never get a double notification.
Open source
The code is AGPL-3.0 licensed. Read it, audit it, or run your own instance.

Frequently asked questions
Which calendars are supported?
Google Calendar today, including Google Workspace accounts and calendars shared with you. Microsoft 365 and iCloud are on the roadmap.
Will my colleagues see my private appointments?
Only if you choose “Full details”. With “Busy only” they see an opaque block marked private, with no title, description or location.
What happens if I create rules in both directions?
That's a two-way sync, and it's safe: every mirror is tagged, and tagged events are never mirrored again.
Do guests get invitations from the mirrored events?
No. Mirrors never include attendees; in full-details mode the guest list is added to the description as text.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your card is charged and syncing continues. If you cancel, syncing pauses and your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back. Mirrored events already in your calendars stay where they are.
Can I host it myself?
Yes. The project is open source; you need Postgres, an SMTP server and your own Google OAuth app.
